What Are Basic Mods ?
Basic mods are those essential mods file which are need to be installed in game to make our game ready for the installation of mods and to make Modding compatible. Basic Mods are those plugins which allow us to modify our game and to make new changes through Modding .
Make sure to Backup your game before installing mods. this will prevent your game from getting crashed and also make your data secure.

Their are lot of Basic Mods available on the internet but you do not need to download all of them because I’ve created a complete Basic mods archive so what you need to do is download that Basic mods archive and paste it in the root folder of GTA 3 . You Can Download Basic Mods From Here
